Eight week 'Get-fit' program
The eight-week ‘Get-Fit’ plan includes your assessments, goal setting, nutrition planning and exercise for eight weeks:
Week One:
Initial assessments & goal setting session.
Nutrition education session
Two thirty-minute personal training sessions
Week Two through seven:
Four 30-minute personal training sessions per week
access to facility for cardio-vascular exercise on workout days.
Week 8:
Three 30-minute workout sessions
Closing assessment & consultation
